Design & Build ID Fit-Out Works for an International Real Estate Office at Emaar Oceanfront

Our scope of work included the complete design and execution of interior and fit-out works. This involved the installation of an MS deck floor and comprehensive civil works, such as flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes, including glass partitions. We also handled plumbing and electrical installations, implemented IT systems with CCTV, and supplied furniture.

Execution of Interior and Fit-Out Works for a High-End Food Chain Call Center at Clifton Karachi

We carried out comprehensive high-quality interior finishing work, which included flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes. This also involved the installation of dry partitions with sound insulation, as well as glasswork. Our services extend to plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical work. Additionally, we set up a small data center equipped with CCTV and custom-made furniture.

Complete Renovation and Fit-Out Works for a High-End Apartment in Emaar Oceanfront

We completed extensive renovations and finishing work for a high-end apartment unit. We transformed a simple area into a vibrant space by updating the walls, flooring, and ceiling finishes. Additionally, we addressed electrical / lighting issues, installed new air conditioning units, and completed plumbing work.

Design and Construction Supervision of Charitable School in Orangi Town Karachi (J11)

We designed and are executing structural, architectural, and MEP works, including IT and science labs. The project involves greenfield development, dismantling old building, land preparation, RCC and masonry construction, MS fabrication, façade installation, doors, windows, roofing, waterproofing, and finishing.

Complete 2D and 3D Design Services for International NGO Karachi Office

Our scope of work included the complete interior design and fit-out, covering extensive civil works such as flooring, ceiling, and wall finishes, along with glazing and final detailing. Additionally, we handled comprehensive MEP installations, including IT systems with CCTV. We also designed custom-made furniture to complement the space.

We are designing and constructing a new school, including structural, architectural, and MEP works, along with IT and Science labs. The project involves dismantling the old building, land preparation, RCC and masonry construction, façade installation, doors, windows, exterior roofing, waterproofing, and finishing. Currently, the project is at the ground floor stage.

Granolithic Flooring and Repair & Maintenance Work at a Private Industry

The project involved granolithic flooring and repair work at a private firm, including dismantling existing tile flooring, compaction, and laying RCC and PCC flooring. Granolithic flooring with a 10mm crushed stone polished finish was applied, along with skirting, foundation pad repairs, and other civil maintenance tasks.
